JAKARTA. During the meeting of the board of directors of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) on Wednesday (27/11), it was decided that the company would distribute an interim dividend of Rp 430 per share.
According to its announcement, Unilever will distribute Rp 3.28 trillion in total to the holders of 7.63 billion shares. The funds will be taken from the company's net profit as of June 2019.
The interim dividend represents 88.66% of UNVR's net profit as of June 2019. With a dividend of Rp 430 / share, the dividend yield is 1.04% of the price of UNVR stock at the end of trading yesterday at Rp 41,500 per share.
Cum dividend shares will be available in the regular and negotiations market until 2 December 2019 and on the cash market until 4 December 2019.
Recording date is on 4 December 2019, while dividend payments will be made on 18 December 2019. (AM/AR)
