JAKARTA - Today (27/11), PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk (AGRO) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at BRI Agro Headquarters.
The agenda for today is the change in the composition of BRI Agro's board of directors. The meeting approved the resignation of Agus Noorsanto who previously served as President Director of BRI Agro and now serves as Director of Institutional and BUMN Bank BRI.
Therefore, the latest composition of BRI Agro management is:
President Commissioner Ahdi Jumhari Luddin, Independent Commissioner Anna Maria Tjiadarma, Independent Commissioner A.Y. Soepadmo, and Commissioner I.B.K Suamba Manuaba.
