JAKARTA - PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) decided to distribute an interim dividend for the 2019 fiscal year of Rp 3 per share. Thus, the total dividend to be distributed to shareholders reaches Rp 15.8 billion.
"The distribution of interim dividends is the Company's commitment to doing business in all regions of Indonesia, to always work as well as possible for the interests of shareholders and business sustainability," said Rizki Pribadi Hasan, IPCM Director of Finance and HR, quoted from Kontan.
Until October 2019, IPCM recorded a net profit of Rp 76 billion, equivalent to 82% of the target in 2019 of Rp 93 billion.
For information, cum dividend schedule on the regular market and negotiating market: December 3, ex dividend on the regular market and negotiating market: December 4. Whereas cum dividends on the cash market is on December 5, ex dividends on the cash market on December 6. The recording date is on December 5 and dividend payments are on December 26. (LM)
