JAKARTA - PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) obtained a loan facility of Rp 400 billion from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA). The loan facility will be used to repay the company's Series A Bonds which will mature on 2 December 2019.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Lenggana Linggawati, Corporate Secretary of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) said the collaterals for the loan were land, buildings, receivables, and goods. The loan itself has a 5-year tenor.
As of Q3 2019, the company has Rp 186.78 billion of bank loans, higher than its record on 31 December 2018. (LK/AR)
