JAKARTA - PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Jasa Mitra Abadi Tbk (JMAS) purchased Kospin Jasa's assets in Jakarta for Rp 11 billion. These assets (land and building) will be used to support the company's operations.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, the land and building are located on Jalan Persada Raya No. 70 E and F, Menteng Dalam Village, Tebet.
There are several reasons that make JMAS purchased the assets. JMAS has used the building as its office since April 2019. The distance between the building and JMAS headquarters is also not too far. JMAS considers the purchase as a form of investment. (LK/AR)
