JAKARTA - PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (MFIN) will issue Shelf Registration Bonds III phase IV/2019 with a total value of Rp 135 billion on 16-17 December 2019. Funds obtained from the issuance of these bonds will be used to expand its multipurpose financing business.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, the bonds will be offered in two series. Series A (Rp 110 billion), with an interest rate of 8.50% per year and a 370 days tenor. Series B (Rp 25 billion) with an interest rate of 9.75% per year and a three-year tenor.
Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) gave the soon-to-be-issued bonds "idA" rating. The guarantor for the bonds is PT Sukor Sekuritas, while the trustee is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). (LK/AR)
