JAKARTA - PT Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk (PSDN) will develop a coffee processing factory with an investment of US$ 16 million. This coffee processing plant will have a production capacity of 3,600 tons per year.
Quoted from the public expose answer sheet, Moenardji Soedargo, Director of PT Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk (PSDN) said the processed coffee production would reach 7,800 tons per year with the operation of the new factory.
According to him, his party continues to develop new markets abroad for the food and beverage industry such as in Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, China, and Malaysia. During the third quarter of 2019, the sales volume of processed PSDN coffee increased by 24.26%, while the sales value was 14.52%.
Until the end of this year, the sales volume of coffee beans is targeted to be 1,286 tons, but the realization is 15 tons until the third quarter of 2019. The sales volume of processed rubber is projected at 44,400 tons, while the realization is 28,509 tons, and the sales volume of processed coffee is 5,184 tons, and the realization sales reached 4,663 tons.
