Bank Woori repaid the bonds worth Rp 200 billion

JAKARTA - PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk (SDRA) has paid off (buyback) the principal of the 2012 Subordinated I Bonds worth Rp 200 billion on November 29, 2019.

Quoted from the disclosure of company information, I Made Mudiastra, Corporate Secretary of PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk (SDRA), said that the source of funds for the repayment of bonds and interest originated from internal company. "The amount (gross) of bond interest reached Rp 6.31 billion," he said.

With the repayment of the Subordinated Bonds, SDRA financing for securities obligations has decreased. Referring to the 2019 third quarter Financial Statements, this bank recorded a subordinated bond obligation of Rp 200 billion, down from Rp 206.20 billion in December 2018. (LK)
