JAKARTA - PT Protelindo, a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) obtained a loan facility worth Rp 650 billion from PT Bank HSBC Indonesia. This credit facility was signed on November 29, 2019 and will be used for Protelindo's general financing.
Quoted from the disclosure of company information, Irfan Ghazali, Corporate Secretary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TBK) said this loan facility lasted for three years.
This loan facility is less than 20% of the TOWR equity based on the 31 December 2018 Financial Statement of Rp 8.03 trillion. (LK)
