JAKARTA - PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) is collaborating with two non-affiliated companies, PT Semangat Bambu Runcing and Top Haze Limited to develop PT Adi Sarana Logistik (ASL). ASL is a subsidiary of ASSA which is engaged in freight forwarding.
Quoted from the disclosure of company information, Hindra Tanujaya, Corporate Secretary of PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) said that the company's deposited capital in ASL was Rp 22.38 billion. "US paid-up capital is Rp 56.70 billion," he said.
According to him, ASSA's capital deposit was taken from the company's internal funds. The establishment of this business will contribute to business development because it collaborates with companies that are competent in their respective fields. (LK)
