JAKARTA. PT PP Presisi Tbk will acquire the majority of PT Widya Perkasa Bahari's shares.
As quoted from Kontan, the announcement of the acquisition was published on Saturday, 30 November 2019. PT PP Presisi Tbk would acquire PT Widya Perkasa Bahari, a company engaged in soil improvement and foundation.
Bambang Suyitno, Investor Relations at PP Presisi, was reluctant to explain further related to the action. "We have not been able to provide details related to it due to confidentiality," he said as quoted by Kontan.co.id, Tuesday (3/12).
He said his party was optimistic that the corporate action could improve the company's performance.
PPRE is still pursuing its new contract target of Rp 5.8 trillion. So far, the company has recorded Rp 2.9 billion. (AM/AR)
