JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Fibreboard Industry set an initial public offering price (IPO) of Rp 105 per share. The wood processing company will debut on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on December 10.
The plan, the company will release 1.41 billion shares with a nominal value of Rp 100 per share. The company also appointed PT Investindo Nusantara Sekuritas as the lead underwriter for IPO. While PT Corpus Sekuritas Indonesia and PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk were appointed as underwriters.
As reported from Bisnis, Indonesia Fibreboard Industry received an effective statement from OJK on 2 December. Then, the public offering will be conducted on 3-4 December and listing on the IDX will be done on 10 December. (LM)
