JAKARTA - PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia or Protelindo, a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) has obtained a Rp 650 billion loan from HSBC Bank.
On November 29, 2019, Protelindo and HSBC Bank signed a loan facility agreement for 3 years. The funds will be used by Protelindo as a general corporate funding requirements.
"The total term loan facility is Rp 650 billion. It is aimed to finance general funding requirements from Protelindo," explained TOWR Corporate Secretary, Irfan Ghazali, as quoted from Bisnis.
Besides Protelindo, another TOWR subsidiary, Iforte, also secured a loan from Bank Permata. The Rp 800 billion loan with a 12-month tenor is used for capital expenditure. (LM)
