JAKARTA - PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP), a tobacco company, announced that some of its shares has been purchased by one of its directors, Johannes Budi Wardhana.
"Referring to Article 2 of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation Number 11 / POJK.04 / 2017 regarding Reporting of Share Ownership in Public Companies, we hereby announce that some of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk shares are now owned by our director, Johannes Budi Wardhana, " said the company in its disclosure in the IDX on Thursday (5/12).
This report is made for the Chief Executive of Capital Market Supervisors at OJK. The report was signed by the Secretary of PT HMSP, Bambang Priambodo and Johannes B. Wardhana himself.
Based on the report, Johannes made two purchases for investment. The first purchase was made on 13 November 2019, in which he purchased 35,900 shares at a price of Rp 2,110 per share. Then, he made another purchase on 27 November, when he purchased 35,900 shares for Rp 1,910 per share.(ARM/AR)
