Intiland divested its shares in PT Surabaya Jasa Medika

JAKARTA - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) has divested 50% of its subsidiary's stake ( PT Grande Family View) in PT Surabaya Jasa Medika (SJM), which has a total value of Rp 636 billion, to PT Istana Mobil Surabaya Indah (IMSI). 

As quoted from the company's disclosure, Archied Noto Pradono, Director of PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) said the divestment was carried out to help the company focus on its main business as a property developer. "With the divestment, the company will get working capital that can be allocated for the development of the core business," he said. (LK/AR)
