JAKARTA - PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (DNAR) will hold a rights issue by offering 2,534,789,887 shares at an exercise price of Rp 197 per share on 19 - 27 December 2019. The company expects to obtain Rp 499.35 billion during the rights issue.
As quoted from the company's distribution, all proceeds from the corporate action will be used to provide credit. As of July 2019, the bank has provided credit with a total value of Rp 3.32 trillion.
The company has an authorized capital of Rp 2.5 trillion. At present, the company's shareholders including Apro Financial Co Ltd (91.33%), the public (6.38%) and the remaining 2.29% are treasury shares (2.29%). (LK/AR)
