JAKARTA - PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA), the operator of SCTV, will realize its private placement and management and employee stock ownership program (MESOP) plans on 17 December 2019. Shares issued during the MESOP will be listed as additional shares on the IDX on 27 December 2019.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Gilang Iskandar, Corporate Secretary of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) said that the company would issue as many as 5,892,000 shares at a nominal price of Rp 500 per share.
With the new shares, the number of SCMA shares will reach 14,774,672,301 shares. The company expects to obtain Rp 6.67 billion during the event. (LK/AR)
