JAKARTA - PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), a company under the Sinarmas Group, obtained a loan facility of US$ 223.50 million from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) which will be used for business development. With the loan facility, the company's debt to equity ratio will increase by approximately 4%.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Susan Chandra, Corporate Secretary of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) said the collateral for the loan in the company's fixed assets. "The loan period is 51 months and the interest rate is 3-month LIBOR plus 4.5% per year," he said.
According to the company's financial statements, as of Q3 2019, DSSA's fixed asset was recorded at US$ 432.06 million. (LK/AR)
