JAKARTA. PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) or Emtek plans to issue 2,242,800 new shares through the Management-Employee Stock Option Program (MESOP) at the end of this month.
According to Emtek Corporate Secretary Titi Maria Rusli, the plan has been approved by the company's shareholders since May 2019. At an AGM, said Ms Rusli, shareholders approved the company's plan to launch a private placement through MESOP.
In an information disclosure, Ms Rusli said that Emtek has decided the nominal stock price at Rp 200 per share with an implementation price of Rp 5,015 per share. "The new shares will be listed on December 27, 2019," said Ms Rusli.
Following the corporate action, the number of Emtek's listed shares will rise 0.39% from 5,640,032,442 to 5,642,275,242 shares. (KR/MS)
