JAKARTA - PT Uni-Charm Indonesia to debut in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on December 20, 2019. Uni-Charm will release 831.31 million new shares to the public or equal to 20% of the total issued and fully paid-up capital.
For information, the IPO price set at Rp 1,500 per share. Thus, Uni-Charm has the potential to reap fresh funds of up to Rp 1.25 trillion from the IPO.
The public offering period will take place on December 12-13, while the allotment date is December 17 and the distribution of shares will be on December 19. Then, Uni-Charm Indonesia will list its shares on the IDX on December 20.
Around 64.6% of the IPO proceeds will be used for capital expenditure in the form of purchasing new production facilities and upgrading existing production facilities. In addition, the company will also use 20.6% of IPO proceeds for debt payments and 14.8% for working capital. (LM)
