JAKARTA - PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP) plans to issue Medium Term Notes I 2019 with a principal of Rp 2.17 trillion. The MTN proceeds will be used for refinancing the company's debt.
Based on information disclosure on the IDX, MTN issuance will be conducted with a period of 3 years with fixed interest rate at 10.25% per annum. PT Sinarmas Sekuritas was appointed as arranger and PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) was appointed as a monitoring agent in MTN issuance.
As reported by Bisnis, there are several affiliated companies who will purchase MTN. PT Asuransi Simas Jiwa will purchase Rp 1.88 trillion, PT Sinarmas Asset Management for Rp 1 billion and PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk for Rp 7 billion. (LM)
