JAKARTA. PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) will issue its Shelf Registration Bonds I phase I/2019 with a total value of Rp 600 billion. The bonds have a five-year tenor with an interest rate of 11%.
Based on a brief prospectus published on Friday (13/12), Hartadinata Abadi offers bonds with a value of 100% of its principal amount. The bonds will mature on 19 December 2024.
The first interest payment will be made on 10 March 2020, and the final interest payment will be made on 10 December 2024.
HRTA plans to use the funds from the bond issuance to pay some of its debt to PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) of Rp 142.5 billion and as the working capital of its subsidiary, PT Gadai Cahaya Dana Abadi (Rp 120 billion). (AM/AR)
