Solusi Bangun Indonesia obtains Rp 6.35 trillion credit facility

JAKARTA - PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) has obtained a credit facility with a principal of Rp 6.35 trillion. Based on information disclosure on IDX, the signing of credit facility was carried out between SMCB and PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank BPTN Tbk and PT Bank DBS Indonesia.

In this agreement, PT Bank Permata Tbk was appointed as Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner, PT Bank CTBC Indonesia as Lead Arranger and PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk as Facility Agent and Collection Agent.

SMCB obtained a credit facility of Rp 6.35 trillion with an option to increase it up to Rp 8 trillion. This credit facility must be fully paid in December 2025. Payment of principal and interest installments will begin from June 2021 until December 2025.

The plan, funds from the credit facility will be used to refinance the company's backstop loan that will mature in January 2021 and to repay other debts. (LM)
