JAKARTA - PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk (PTSN) will sell 531,434,100 treasury shares at the end of December 2019. For this plan, the company has appointed PT Samuel Sekuritas as the seller.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Abidin Fan, President Director of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk (PTSN) said the sale of treasury shares will begin no later than 14 days after being announced to the public.
On 9 December 2019, the price of PTSN shares was recorded at Rp 222 per share with a transaction volume of 214,600 shares. (LK/AR)
