JAKARTA - PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk (RIMO) will sell 49.99% of its shares in PT Hokindo Properti Investama to PT Maha Properti Indonesia (MPRO). The sale and purchase agreement was signed by the two companies on Friday (13/12).
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Herman Susanto, Director of PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk (RIMO) said that his party and MPRO will draw up another agreement after obtaining an assessment from the Public Appraisal Service Office. "The results from KJPP will be continued with the deed of sale and purchase of the transaction," he said.
According to him, the price will be used in the sale and purchase deed refers to the valuation of KJPP. (LK/AR)
