Lippo Karawaci is targeting marketing sales of Rp 2.5 trillion in 2020

JAKARTA - PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) is targeting pre-sales revenue (marketing sales) of Rp 2-2.5 trillion in 2020, or 33-67% higher than this year's target of Rp 1.5 trillion.

President Director of Lippo Karawaci, Ketut Budi Wijaya, said that he was optimistic to achieve the target, following economic recovery and government policies that will be more conducive next year.

"To realize this target, the company focuses on increasing liquidity and generating better Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA)," he said as quoted by Investor, Tuesday (17/12).

Budi is determined to improve the performance of the company's subsidiaries, including PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK).

Lippo Karawaci is currently focusing on marketing a number of its residential products in Karawaci, Kemang Village, and St Moritz Puri to pursue its marketing sales targets next year. Likewise, Lippo Karawaci also continues its projects, such as Holland Village, Millennium Village, Kemang Office, Embarcadero, Lippo Office Thamrin, and Holland Village Manado. (ARM/AR)
