JAKARTA - PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk (CSIS) is trying to explore warehousing business in Sukabumi by acquiring the shares of PT Bogorindo Cemerlang (BC). With the expansion plan, the company is optimistic that it will be able to increase its revenue next year.

As quoted from the company's disclosure, CSIS will release the shares of its subsidiary, PT Olympic Bangun Persada (OBP). The company did not contribute to the company in the last two years. In 2018, OBP lost Rp 8.3 billion, while as of September 2019, OBP has lost Rp 7.8 billion.

CSIS is optimistic that its revenue will improve next year,  after the acquisition of BC shares. As is known, BC has generated Rp 7.1 billion in profit as of  September 2019. (LK/AR)
