JAKARTA - PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) and PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO) strengthened its strategic partnership through the signing of a Distributor Financing cooperation to support the development of Astra Otoparts partner businesses. This event was held at Mercantile Athletic Club, WTC 1 Jakarta, on Monday, 9 December 2019.
The cooperation value of Rp 1.1 trillion will open the opportunity for Astra Otoparts dealers to obtain financing and other benefits with competitive interest through credit facilities provided by PermataBank. With future potential, it can expand financing to 8,400 Astra Otoparts retail networks in Java and Bali.
Through this collaboration signed by Director of Wholesale Banking - Darwin Wibowo and Director of Astra Otoparts - Yusak Kristian Solaeman, PermataBank further strengthens its position as one of the market leaders in providing working capital facilities through the Distributor Financing program, especially for business people in the automotive industry. This program itself has been started since 1993 with a focus on the automotive industry and continues to grow until now with penetration into other industries such as Food & Beverage, Telecommunications, and Healthcare.
