JAKARTA. PT Aneka Tambang Tbk's (ANTM) EGM on Thursday (19/12) has approved the appointment of Dana Amin as the company's President Director, replacing Arie Prabowo Ariotedjo.
The EGM also appointed Anton Herdianto as Finance Director replacing Dimas Wikan Pramuditho and Risono as Business Development Director replacing Sutrisno S. Tatetdagat. In addition, the EGM also appointed Agus Surya Bakti as President Commissioner, replacing Fahrul Razi who is currently serving as Religious Affairs Minister.
Meanwhile, HR Director Luki Setiawan Suardi, Operation and Production Director Hartono, and Commerce Director Aprilandi Hidayat remain in the company's board of directors.
According to Mr Hidayat, the changes in the company's board are part of shareholders' aspiration for a business transformation, including a focus on business downstreaming. "The changes aim to speed up the company's business transformation," said Mr Hidayat after the EGM in Central Jakarta. (AM/MS)
