JAKARTA - PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR) received a factoring loan facility of Rp 17 billion from PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance Tbk (BPFI). The two companies are affiliated, with Markus Dinarto Pranoto (President Commissioner of BPTR) is also the President Director of BPFI.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Paulus Hindigdo, President Director of PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR) said that loan was needed to support the company's operation.
This factoring loan facility is valid for 48 days at an interest rate of 15.00% per annum, and the collateral is account receivable worth Rp 21.25 billion. (LK/AR)
