JAKARTA. PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), a state-owned company engaged in property and building construction, prepares a capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of Rp 6.55 trillion for 2020.

Agus Purbianto, Finance Director of PTPP, said that 30.37% of the budget will be used for its property business. 43.3% will be used for its infrastructure business line, 17.14% for its energy business, and 7.08% for its construction equipment business.

The source of the CapEx funds, said Purbianto, are loans and the company's equity. "With a composition of 70% loan and 30% equity," Purbianto explained as reported by Kontan on Thursday (19/12) yesterday.

PTPP plans to continue the divestment of its toll roads and ports in 2020. Currently, PTPP holds 15% ownership in the Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi Toll Road, 35% ownership in the Pandaan-Malang Toll Road, and 25% in the Kuala Tanjung Port. (KR/AR)
