JAKARTA. PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) will distribute interim cash dividends for the 2019 fiscal year amounting to US$ 150.01 million.
"Adaro Energy's boards of directors and commissioners' meeting on December 19 decided and agreed to distribute interim dividends for the 2019 fiscal year from the company's net profit throughout the nine-month period ending on September 30, 2019," the company said in an announcement, Friday (20/12).
The dividends will be paid to the holders of Adaro's 31.98 billion shares, equivalent to US$ 0.00469 per share.
Cum dividends in the regular and negotiation markets have been set on January 2, 2020, while ex-dividends have been set on January 3. The recording date is on January 6.
The interim dividends will be paid on January 15. The amount is 36.95% of the company's net profit in 9M-2019 amounting to US$ 405.99 million. (AM/MS)
