JAKARTA - PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) conducted an allotment and issuance of 1,401,480 shares for Princeton Digital Group (Indonesia Alpha) Pte Ltd related to the sale of its shares in PT Princenton Digital Group Data Center (PDGDC). Currently, Indonesia Alpha controls 70% of PDGDC shares after completing the purchase of 1,922,137 shares owned by PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), yesterday.
Quoted from information disclosure, Murni Nurdini, Corporate Secretary of PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), XL Axiata is more focused on cellular business and technology while managing data centers will be handled professionally. "The total sales price of 1,922,137 shares reached Rp 90.86 billion," he said.
After the transaction, XL will only have a 30% stake in PDGDC. Princenton Digital is an investment company and internet infrastructure operator based in Singapore. (LK)
