JAKARTA - PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) has officially established a joint venture company with Thriveni Resomin Pte Ltd.
The agreement was signed by President Director Darma Henwa Saptari Hoedaja and Managing Director Thriveni Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd. Balasubramanian Prabhakaran on Saturday (21/12).
As reported by Bisnis, DEWA and Thriveni will form a JV that is engaged in the supply of heavy equipment, heavy equipment maintenance and other services. The company is expected to be able to build an engineering excellence center in Bengalon, East Kalimantan.
While in the mining services consultation agreement, Thriveni will provide mining consulting services to Darma Henwa. In addition, Thriveni will assist and improve operational efficiency, cost efficiency, increase production volumes and apply the precautionary principle in project financial management. (LM)
