JAKARTA - PT Majapahit Inti Corpora Tbk (AKSI) plans to conduct a rights issue by issuing 26.78 million shares. This plan was approved in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which took place yesterday (27/12).
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Doddy Hermawan, President Director of PT Majapahit Inti Corpora Tbk (AKSI) said the rights issue plan was approved by shareholders representing 687,734,760 shares or 100% shareholders. In the EGMS, shareholders submit decisions on pricing and implementation of rights issues to the management of AKSI.
In addition, the EGMS also approved the change in the company's name to become PT Maming Enam Sembilan Mineral Tbk (AKSI) domiciled in Jakarta. (LK)
