JAKARTA - PT Royalindo Investa Wijaya plans to release 861.82 million shares through an initial public offering on January 13, 2020.
Issuer with INDO stock code will release new shares with a nominal value of Rp 100 per share. For information, the offering price for IPO is set at Rp 110 per share.
The public offering period is conducted from 31 December 2019 to 7 January 2020 with PT BCA Sekuritas as IPO underwriter. (LM)
