03 January 2020 12:55

JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) is allocating capital expenditure (capex) of Rp 250 billion for this year. The funds will be used to increase the capacity of the 4-storey parking building.

The parking building is targeted to be completed in the third quarter of this year. The company estimates that the construction process will take 6-8 months.

"2020 is actually still a challenging year because we are a company that depends on the surrounding industry because of the vehicle loading and unloading services. How big [this year's performance] depends on how much the vehicle that entered the IPCC," said Investor Relations Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Reza Priyambada as quoted from Bisnis.

With the addition of the parking building, the additional capacity of the company reaches 800,000 vehicles per year. (LM)
