Pakuwon Jati is targeting marketing sales of Rp 2.2 trillion

06 January 2020 08:29

JAKARTA. PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) does not want to raise its marketing sales target in 2020, because the company wants to observe domestic economic conditions.

Ivy Wong, Director of PWON, said that in 2020,  the company did not have a large product launch agenda, so there is no specific driver that can boost the growth of marketing sales.

Nevertheless, PWON has 2 new products which will be launched earlier this year. Both are mixed-used and highrise projects. "At the beginning of the year, we will open one in Bekasi and then the mall project in Surabaya," Wong said as reported by Kontan on Monday (6/1) today.

In addition, PWON will continue to rely on a number of existing projects. Starting from Pakuwon Mall, Tunjungan Plaza 6, and EastCoast Mansion. (KR/AR)
