JAKARTA - On December 26, PT Anugerah Kagum Karya Utama Tbk (AKKU) had sold 470 apartment units of PT Kagum Lokasi Emas (KLE) located in Bandung.
The sale was made to PT Graha Benoit Indonesia with a total sales value of Rp 205 billion. The proceeds of the sale will be used to pay off KLE's debt to Bank Bukopin.
At the end of the third quarter of 2019, AKKU posted operating revenues of Rp 2.8 billion, declined drastically compared to the same period in previous year of Rp 12.59 billion. The company also suffered a loss of Rp 6.97 billion at the end of the third quarter of 2019. (LM)
