JAKARTA - PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (SINI) is developing a new business in the digital-based hospitality services network, where the location of this hotel will operate in the Cikarang region, West Java. The source of funds in the development of this lodging service network came from an IPO fund of Rp 18.90 billion conducted on 30 October 2019.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, management of SINI revealed that the company currently has two stages in the plan to establish a new subsidiary, namely the stage of developing a digital platform for developing hotel bookings and the second stage of building cooperation with property owners. Later, the subsidiary will develop an economic sharing business model with lodging owners in various places. The parties estimate the subsidiary SINI in the hotel service network will operate commercially in 2022.
As is known, SINI has signed a cooperation agreement on 30 January 2019 to 31 January 2020 with PT Airy Nest Indonesia. As for the agreement, Airy provided management and marketing consulting services for HIM's hotel rooms, L'imperial Spatel Boutique Hotel. (LK)
