JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) closed trading today (8/1) at 6,225.68. The index fell by 53.66 points or 0.86% from last closing at 6,279.34.
Throughout today, JCI was seen moving in the range of 6,218.13 and 6,250.12. The mining sector is the only sector that survived today. The remaining nine other sectors weakened and dragged JCI into the red zone.
Top losers in today's trading are PT Bayu Buana Tbk (BAYU), PT Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk (SONA) and PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA). (LM)
