JAKARTA - To improve efficiency, PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS) merged its two subsidiaries. The two merged companies are PT Dunia Kimia Jaya and PT Advance Stabilindo Industry.
"On January 3, 2020, the company received a notification from PT Dunia Kimia Jaya that the business merger between DKJ and ASI was effective as of January 1, 2020 and the implementation in the field was going well," wrote Lautan Luas’ management as quoted from Bisnis.
This business merger is expected to improve the efficiency of resource management in LTLS subsidiaries. Until the end of the third quarter / 2019, total assets of LTLS were recorded at Rp 5.92 trillion. (LM)
