JAKARTA. Former President Director (Dirut) of Bank BRI, Suprajarto, now controls a 9.08% stake in a plantation company, PT Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk (UNSP).
Suprajarto's ownership is revealed in the investor ownership report (above 5%) as of 30 December 2019.
According to the records of PT Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), Suprajarto took over 227,065,400 UNSP shares from Indo Alam Resources Pte., reducing Indo Alam's stake in UNSP is from 17.46% as of 27 December 2019 to 8.38% as of 30 December 2019. (AM/AR)
