JAKARTA - PT Anugerah Bumiputra (AB) increased its share ownership in PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI) as much as 9.41% through buying shares on the negotiating market from 20-30 December 2019. With a purchase price of Rp 145 per share, AB poured out investment in the amount of Rp 10.80 billion
Quoted from the disclosure of company information, Kamsri, Director of PT Anugerah Bumiputra, said that his share ownership as of December 19, 2019 was 3.5% or 28,668,000 shares of all HELI shares. The number of shares purchased in the negotiated market was 74,510,100 shares or 9.1% of all HELI shares. With the purchase of these shares, AB's ownership in HELI rose to 11.44%.
Based on information from the Securities Administration Bureau Company, PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora, the number of HELI shares amounted to 732,200,200 shares with a composition of ownership above 5%, among others, PT Startel Communication 48.63%, PT Komala Tri Varia 20.84%, Anugerah Bumiputra 11.44%, and UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd 9.49%.
