JAKARTA - PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk (ROTI) realized the rights issue proceeds for the addition of new factories and production lines of Rp 741.67 billion until January 2019. The total funds from the results of the corporate corporate action that took place on October 12, 2017 amounted to Rp 1, 30 trillion.
In the disclosure of company information, Arlina Sofia, Director of PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk (ROTI) conveyed funds from the issuance of rights issues that have not been realized as much as Rp 566.57 billion. The funds are deposited in deposits with a period of 1 and 2 months at Bank Mandiri and BNI with an interest of 6% -6.25% and a BCA current account of Rp 1.56 billion.
The planned use of funds based on the prospectus issued at that time was Rp 1.30 trillion. The rights issue fund realization is claimed in accordance with the plan in the prospectus, namely, for bread factories in Pasuruan, Medan, Purwakarta, Cibitung, Makassar, Cikande, Cikarang-W, Cikarang-U, Semarang, Palembang, Gresik, Lampung, Batam, Jababeka , Balikpapan, Pekanbaru and Banjarmasin.
