JAKARTA. PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (GHON) is optimistic that it can achieve its revenue growth target of around 12% this year. GHON will use an organic growth strategy by approaching operators while keep maintaining its network quality.
"Also saw an opportunity by taking several towers that will be sold," Managing Director of GHON, Rudolf Parningotan Nainggola was quoted as saying by kontan.co.id, Sunday (12/01).
The focus of GHON's business this year is to increase tower rentals, both exiting (colocation) and B2S with the construction of new towers. It also began to explore optical fiber business and smart city.
At present, around 70% of the company's products are still located in Java and the rest are spread on other islands.
As of Q3 2019, GHON posted a 7.02% increase in its revenue to Rp 85.27 billion from Rp 79.67 billion in the same period last year. While profits attributable to the parent entity rose by 89.50% to Rp 43.87 billion from Rp 23.15 billion recorded in Q3 2018. (AM/AR)
