Indolife becomes a controlling shareholder of BINA

JAKARTA - PT Indolife Pensiontama became the controlling shareholder of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA) with 22.47% ownership of the total shares of 4,941,289,178 shares. As of January 2020, BINA's controlling shares are PT Indolife Pension Tama and PT Philadel Terra Lestari.

Quoted from the disclosure of company information (14/1), Daniel Budirahayu, President Director of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA) said that before the increase in the share of Indolife Pension Tama, BINA's controlling shares were controlled by Philadel Terra Lestari. While BINA's ultimate shareholders were Anthoni Salim and Pieter Tanuri.

Based on the report of the Securities Administration Agency, PT Raya Saham Registra as of December 2019, the total ownership of BINA, namely foreign investors, amounted to 1,644,884,589 shares, national investors 4,009,490,411 shares, and 5% paid-up capital of 6 investors, namely PT Gaya Hidup Masa, PT Samudera Blue, PT Indolife Pensiontama, DBS Bank Ltd, Liontrust ASEAN Financials Funds, and PT Philadel Terra Lestari.
