JAKARTA - PT Prima Cakrawala Abadi Tbk (PCAR) will allocate Rp 3.84 billion capital expenditure for its subsidiary PT Nuansa Cipta Magello in 2020. This capital expenditure comes from IPO funds which took place on December 21, 2019.
Quoted from the disclosure of company information, Raditya Wardhana, President Director of PT Prima Cakrawala Abadi Tbk (PCAR) said investment funds from the IPO as of December 2019 of Rp 3.84 billion will be used for investment in Nuansa Cipta Magello. "As of December 2019, total working capital that had been used was Rp 57.80 billion," he said.
In 2017, PCAR obtained fresh funds from the net proceeds of Rp 64.24 billion, of which the funds are planned to be allocated as much as Rp 57.80 billion as working capital and Rp 6.44 billion for investment. Until now, the realization of the IPO namely, working capital of Rp 57.80 billion and investment of Rp 2.59 billion. (LK)
