JAKARTA - On January 14, PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP) has purchased one unit of motor vessel namely "Bernadette L".
This transaction was conducted between SHIP and PT Indo Laju Selaras. Based on information disclosure on the IDX, SHIP bought the motor vessel for Rp 12 billion. The purchase of new vessels is expected to increase the total value of the company's assets.
In addition, PT Suasana Benua Sukses, a subsidiary of SHIP, also obtained an extension of the LPO FSO lease contract until 2023 valued at US$ 265.17 million. Before being extended, the contract value was US$ 126.36 million. (LM)
