JAKARTA - PT Tiphone Mobile Indonesia Tbk (TELE) has spent all of the funds obtained in the issuance of its Shelf Registration Bonds II phase I and II/2019 (Rp 545.72 billion in total).
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Meijaty Jawidjaja, Director of PT Tiphone Mobile Indonesia Tbk (TELE) said that the funds were used to pay off the company's debt and as the company's working capital.
According to the company's financial statements, as of Q3 2019, TELE's liabilities were recorded at Rp 4.94 trillion, while its total asset value was recorded at Rp 9.22 trillion. (LK/AR)
